You’re probably seeing a lot of this trend going around and some of you may be wondering what it’s all about.  I was asked to address this trend so here’s my take»

Color blocking is a simple way to have fun with color.  One can go simple or BOLD.  I say if you’re going to try this out why not go bold.  How many times to you have an excuse to pair up a rainbow of colors?  Ok fine maybe not a rainbow at once, I’d say stick to no more than 3 colors at a time.  This trend isn’t exactly about channeling Rainbow Bright, as cute and as nostalgic as she may be save her for your t-shirts.  Also leave your prints at home, this works best with solid blocks of color.

Color blocking is as simple as it sounds.  Blocks (chunks) of color, or one could even think of it as stacks of color… pairing one color over the other.
